£22,039 per annum (FTE £26,237) Bethany House is a supported living service in the centre of Exeter with the focus on providing young people with a safe environment in which to develop the skills and knowledge necessary to live independent and successful lives. We offer a flexible model of support which meets the practical and emotional needs of the young person through one-to-one and group support sessions.

31.5 hours per week £22,039 per annum (FTE £26,237) Bethany House is a supported living service in the centre of Exeter with the focus on providing young people with a safe environment in which to develop the skills and knowledge necessary to live independent and successful lives. We offer a flexible model of support which meets the practical and emotional needs of the young person through one-to-one and group support sessions.
You will be working with young people inspiring them to understand their capabilities and what they are able to achieve by making links with their local communities, teaching skills to manage their homes and advising on housing and tenancy related issues, including ASB and welfare benefits. There will be some lone working (on a rota basis) during the evenings and weekends and the hours worked at Bethany are between the hours of 9am-8pm.
Bank Holiday working on a rota basis will be required as part of the role. The service also has an on-call telephone support rota that operates between 8pm and 9am (with additional payments made for any shifts covered).
