Class 2 Driver

HGV Class 2 Driver (Immediate Start)

Location:

Exeter, Devon. Pay: up to £15.50 per hour (Monday to Friday). Working hours typically 7:00 am start, 10–12 hour shifts on average in line with tachograph law.

Hourly rate £15.50 plus holiday pay of £1.87 per hour, accrued and paid when you take leave. Drivers are employed directly by Pure Staff, no umbrella companies or processing fees.

• Manual handling and handball on all routes.
• Use of a tail‑lift vehicle.
• Daily vehicle checks.
• Professional manner when dealing with the end customer.
• Completion of a pre‑employment assessment.
• Wear correct PPE at all times (safety boots and Hi‑Vis).

• Class 2 HGV licence.
• Minimum 6 months of driving experience.
• Valid CPC.
• Clean driving licence, no more than 6 points (no TT, TS, MS, DR, DD codes).
