A growing international logistics business is looking to add a Logistics Coordinator to its expanding operations team in Exeter.

The Role

As Logistics Coordinator, you’ll support the day‑to‑day movement of shipments and ensure customers receive a smooth and efficient service from booking through to delivery.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating domestic and international shipments
  • Liaising with customers, carriers and internal departments
  • Monitoring deliveries and resolving operational issues
  • Handling freight documentation and shipment updates
  • Supporting customs and compliance processes
  • Building strong relationships with clients and suppliers
  • Maintaining accurate operational records and systems
What We’re Looking For
  • Previous experience within logistics, freight forwarding, transport or supply chain would be advantageous
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and internal systems
  • A proactive and team‑focused approach
  • Eagerness to learn and develop within the logistics industry
