HGV Cat C Driver

We are currently recruiting for a reliable and professional Cat C (Class
2) Driver to join our client's busy food service distribution team based in Exeter
. This role involves delivering frozen, chilled and ambient goods to hotels, restaurants, pubs, cafés and other catering establishments throughout South West Devon and Cornwall
.

• Deliver frozen, chilled and ambient products to customers across Devon and Cornwall.
• Complete multi-drop deliveries safely and efficiently.
• Carry out daily vehicle checks and ensure compliance with transport regulations.
• Maintain accurate delivery records and paperwork.
• Provide excellent customer service at every delivery point.
• Work alongside a Driver's Mate
  , who will assist with loading and unloading deliveries.

• Valid Category C (Class
  2) Driving Licence
• Valid Driver CPC Qualification Card
• Valid Digital Tachograph Card
• No more than 6 penalty points
• Only speeding offences will be considered
• Previous multi-drop delivery experience is desirable
• Good geographical knowledge of Devon and Cornwall preferred
• Reliable, professional and customer-focused attitude

• £14.50 per hour PAYE accrued or £14.50 plus £1.75 holiday pay = £16.25 per hour on PAYE advanced
• 20 days holiday plus statutory bank holidays
• Advanced PAYE rate available
• Monday to Friday work
• Various start times from 6:00am
• Driver's Mate provided on routes
