Delivery Driver

Delivery Driver Pay: £12.75 per hour Job Overview Based in Exeter EX5, we are seeking a reliable and professional Delivery Driver to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for transporting goods to various locations efficiently and safely. This role requires excellent driving skills, a strong sense of organisation, and a commitment to customer service and reliability. The Delivery Driver will play a vital part in ensuring timely deliveries and maintaining high standards of safety and professionalism.

Employed role Van provided and use for commuting is covered Average between 20 - 40 stops per day Monday - Friday 9 hours a day 45 hours per week Responsibilities:
Safely operate LWB commercial vehicles to deliver goods to clients and customers. Load and unload items, ensuring they are secured properly during transit. Maintain accurate delivery documentation and obtain necessary signatures upon delivery. Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues promptly. Adhere to all road safety regulations and company policies at all times. Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients during deliveries.

Experience:

Proven experience as a Delivery Driver, ideally with LWB commercial vehicles. Previous experience in Delivery Driver roles demonstrating reliability and punctuality. Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to commercial driving and cargo handling. Essential:
Full, clean UK Driving Licence. Applicant must be aged 25 or over for insurance purposes.
