We are looking for a reliable and motivated Warehouse Operative to join our team in Exeter on a 6‑month fixed‑term contract. This part‑time evening role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast‑paced environment and take pride in maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency. You will play a key role in ensuring goods are handled, processed, and dispatched correctly to support daily operations.

• Pick, pack and prepare orders accurately for dispatch.
• Receive and check incoming deliveries against documentation.
• Safely store goods in the correct warehouse locations.
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment.
• Carry out stock checks and report discrepancies.
• Use warehouse systems and equipment where required.
• Follow all health and safety guidelines and procedures.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet operational targets.

• Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not essential.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organisational skills.
• Basic understanding of health and safety practices.
• Good level of physical fitness for manual handling tasks.

• Experience using handheld scanners or warehouse management systems.
• Forklift or other warehouse equipment certification.
