We are currently recruiting for Forklift Drivers to join a range of established clients across the Exeter area. Opportunities are available within busy warehouse, distribution, and manufacturing environments, with both temporary and ongoing assignments on offer.

The Role
As a Forklift Driver, you will play a key role in ensuring goods and materials are moved safely and efficiently while supporting the day-to-day operation of the warehouse or production facility.
Key responsibilities may include:
- Operating Counterbalance and/or Reach Trucks
- Loading and unloading delivery vehicles
- Moving stock throughout warehouse and production areas
- Booking stock in and out of storage locations
- Picking and preparing orders for dispatch
- Carrying out routine equipment checks
- Maintaining a safe and organised working environment
- Following all health and safety procedures
About You
We're looking for candidates who are:
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
- Hold a valid Counterbalance and/or Reach Truck licence
- Experienced in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment
- Safety-conscious with good attention to detail
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible to work a variety of shift patterns where required
