Service Advisor

We are currently advertising on behalf of an Automotive family‑run Independent Garage that is recruiting for a Service Advisor in the busy Service Department located in Exmouth, Devon. Our Motor Trade Client seeks a high‑performing Service Advisor who can deliver the best level of customer service.

• Competitive basic salary up to £32,000 depending on experience

• Working experience within a Service Advisor role is advantageous
• Ability to upsell on service work and service plans
• Customer‑focused and an excellent communicator
• Familiarity with Motor Dealership Database Software

• Professionally communicate with customers about the service and repair work required on their vehicle
• Produce Job Cards on in‑house computer systems
• Update customer and vehicle records
• Prepare and complete invoices
• Advise customers on estimated costs of repairs and timescales of work to be completed
• Other ad‑hoc duties as the role requires
