Location: Sideshore, Queens Drive, Exmouth (Community Hub and outdoor locations)
Job Type: Seasonal (July-September), mainly within the school holiday
Hours: Casual hours to meet the needs of the business and you! Mostly on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. Maximum 24hrs a week.
Salary: £12.50 to £12.71 per hour.

Looking for a role where every day is different, the beach is your office, and people are at the heart of everything you do?
We’re looking for enthusiastic, friendly, and engaging individuals to join our community-focused team delivering exciting outdoor and beach-side activities. Whether supporting events directly or welcoming visitors at our Sideshore Community Hub, you’ll play a key part in creating unforgettable summer experiences for both locals and tourists.
What You’ll Be Doing- Help deliver fun, safe, and engaging activities
- Create memorable experiences for families, children, and the wider community
- Be a friendly and approachable face, welcoming and supporting participants
- Assist with both daytime and evening events (mostly daytime Fri – Sun)
- Support the smooth running of events and activities
- Staff the community hub, providing information, guidance and a warm welcome
- Distribute resources such as activity passports to visitors
- Bring energy, positivity, and adaptability - whatever the weather
- Enjoy working with the public and making a positive impact
- Are friendly, approachable and confident communicating with all ages
- Feel comfortable engaging with children and families
- Have a proactive, can-do attitude
- Work well as part of a team
- Are happy working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Bring enthusiasm, reliability and resilience
- Are available to start as soon as possible
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
- Work in a fun, vibrant, beachside environment

- Roles are subject to a DBS check. Applicants must be 18 years +
