Exmouth Community College invites applications for a Specialist Base HLTA to support students with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) focused on Communication and Interaction and SEMH. This full-time post will operate within a dedicated base, serving up to 20 students with tailored, inclusive provision.
The successful candidate will extend their expertise across the school, helping to embed inclusive practice and reduce barriers to learning for pupils with similar needs in the wider school
