Exmouth Community College is seeking a dedicated team member to support behaviour management across the Reset and Refocus rooms and related processes. You will mentor students, supervise detentions, and coordinate resources while working with staff and leaders to uphold safeguarding standards.
You will also liaise with SEND and Pupil Progress teams, manage daily Class Charts updates, and contribute to a positive school ethos for all pupils, including those in the Pupil Premium program.
