Care Assistant - Care Home

As a Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll help residents enjoy each day by making sure they get the quality care and support they deserve. To join us as a Care Assistant you'll need to have some experience of caring for older people, a can‑do approach and excellent communication skills. • To join as a Care Assistant, you'll need to have some experience of caring for older people, a can‑do approach, and excellent communication skills. This post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975 and as such it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service (formerly known as CRB) to check for any previous criminal convictions.
