More detail about the role Following a review in relation to the National framework, UCR will focus on admission avoidance within the 48-hour timeframe. The Clinical Leads role focuses on the case management of the patients within the service, ensuring the right care, for the right time and with the right clinician. In addition, the role has an enabling focus on the knowledge, skills, competence and confidence of the teams by working alongside the teams and the patient.

This role is perfect for those leaders that want to maintain direct clinical contact with the patient whilst also be given the opportunity to drive clinical change through excellence.
