United Response in Exmouth is seeking a Waking Night Support Worker for a part-time night role. You will assist with daily living tasks, personal care and appointments while following individual support plans. Weekend and bank holiday work is involved, with DBS checks and full training provided.
You will use the Nourish app to document care plans and progress, empowering individuals to live as independently as possible in their community.
