Deaf Academy in Exmouth is seeking two weekend Residential Care Workers to provide personalised weekend care for a 16-year-old Deaf student with MSI needs. The role is term-time weekends with a 2:1 staffing ratio, supporting independence, daily living, emotional wellbeing and meaningful activities within a calm, person-centred environment.
You will learn BSL, build strong relationships, and help the young person gain confidence while following care plans and reporting as required.
