You’ll lead an inspiring programme of activities, events, and experiences that genuinely enhance physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing. This is your chance to shape a vibrant community and make a real difference every single day.
What You'll Be Doing- Designing exciting activity programmes tailored to individual residents
- Leading and motivating Activity Coordinators & Volunteers
- Creating uplifting group sessions and meaningful 1:1 moments
- Organising themed events, celebrations, and outings
- Managing our home's Facebook page & creating eye-catching posters
- Producing a bi-monthly newsletter filled with life in the home
- Collaborating closely with residents, families, and the care team
- Bringing imagination, energy, empathy and FUN into every day!
- Experience in a care setting & supervising others
- Someone creative, confident, approachable, and full of ideas
- A brilliant communicator and natural motivator
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently
- Good IT skills (Microsoft Office)
- A passion for enhancing wellbeing and quality of life
- Dementia knowledge
- First Aid training
- Experience with PCS/Res Hub, Oomph, or NAPA platforms
- Social media experience
