Independent Living Support Worker – Learning Disabilities
Service Care Solutions Ltd is recruiting a Support Worker to join a Learning Disability Floating Support service in Norton Place. You will support adults to live as independently as possible and engage with their local community.
This role involves managing a caseload, delivering person-centred support in customers' homes and in the community, and working Monday to Friday 9:00am–5:00pm for up to 8 months.
