Role: Reservationist

Location: Lympstone, Devon. Manor 5 (Luxury between Exeter and Exmouth).

Resort Information:

Salary: £26,984.10 plus yearly Tronc of £4,000.

Hours: Full-time 42.5 hours, 5 days a week.

Relationships: Reservations team, Front of House team, Sales & Events team.

• Interact with customers in a professional, friendly and confident manner.
• Handle guest reservations & bookings to the correct standard.
• Build rapport with guests in order to maximise sales opportunities and generate future business.
• Communicate and share knowledge with other hotel departments on a regular basis.
• Work closely with the Front office team to ensure a smooth, effective and courteous service at all times.

• Previous experience in 5-star luxury hotels is preferred.
• Good organisational skills and time management.
• Attention to detail.
• Teamwork, flexibility and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to focus in a busy environment.

• Can I get to Lympstone Manor via public transport? You can take the coastal train from Exeter St. Davids or Exeter Central train stations, take the Exmouth train and exit at Lympstone village. It is a 15 minute walk to Lympstone Manor from the train station.
• Do I need the right to work in the UK? In line with the requirements of the Asylum and Immigration Act 1996, all applicants must be eligible to live and work in the UK. As part of the recruitment process, you will be asked to provide documented evidence of eligibility.
