Salary: £40,000 plus approximately £8,000.00 per year in tronc

Hours: Full time

Relationships: Food & Beverage teams, Front of House team, Sales & Events team

We are looking for a Restaurant Manager to join our Food and Beverage team. As Restaurant Manager, you will be required to lead, motivate and inspire the team to deliver a first class service to all our guests whilst focusing on the highest level of standards possible at all times, driving sales and controlling costs. This is an opportunity for an existing Restaurant Manager with multi AA Rosette or Michelin star experience.

• Overseeing all Restaurant operations ensuring the highest standards of service and outstanding product knowledge.
• Contributing to the profitable operation of the hotel by maintaining and adhering to allocated budgets by controlling stock, consumables and the staff rota to ensure efficient use of labour, while incorporating staff holidays.
• Building rapport with guests to maximise sales opportunities and generate future business.
• Performing occasional Duty Management shifts as required.
• Acting as a pivotal and charismatic figurehead in the lounges, carrying out the role of “host” along with the senior management team.

• Good working knowledge of quality food and wine.
• Michelin star or 5AA Rosette experience essential.
