Lympstone Manor Hotel Restaurant and Vineyard is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead our Food and Beverage team in a 5
* luxury setting between Exeter and Exmouth. You will drive exceptional guest service, manage budgets and stock, and inspire the team to deliver a first-class experience.
The role requires multi AA Rosette or Michelin star experience, strong leadership, and keen attention to detail. You will act as host with the senior management team to ensure outstanding guest satisfaction.
