Resort information:

Salary: £26,436.80 plus Tronc amount of £5,300

Hours: Full time 40 hours over 5 days per week

Relationships: Kitchen, Restaurant and Housekeeping

We are looking for a Kitchen Porter to join our Kitchen team. The ideal candidate will be committed to the industry and the work they do and will ensure that the kitchen and surrounding areas are kept clean and hygienic at all times, in line with Company guidelines.

• Washing of dishes, cutlery, crockery, pots etc., both manually and by using machinery
• Supporting the chefs by clearing work areas and cleaning all required items
• Ensuring floors are mopped/cleaned/dried at regular intervals throughout the day
• Ensuring the bin and outside/delivery area are clean, clear and organised
• Completing daily/weekly/monthly cleaning tasks

• Enjoys being part of a team but happy to undertake tasks on one’s own
• Positive and flexible attitude towards your working environment
