Salary: £34,000 plus generous Tronc payment of £7,500 per year

Hours: Full time 48 hours per week over 5 days

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Chef de Partieto join our kitchen brigade in the Pool House Restaurant & Bar. The Pool House Restaurant and Bar offers more relaxed and informaldining. The menu has been crafted by Michael and his team and featuresdelicious dishes made from locally sourced ingredients including the freshestlocally landed fish and shellfish, grass fed meats and just picked vegetablesfor our vegetarian options.

This is a great opportunity for an aspiring Chef de Partie to learn new skills working alongside an inspiring team of dedicated chefs.
