Are you naturally friendly, love meeting new people and enjoy creating great experiences?

We’re looking for enthusiastic Food & Beverage Assistants to join our team, working across our restaurant and bar and helping us make every guest’s time with us memorable.

You don’t need to know everything about hospitality already. While previous restaurant, bar or hotel experience is always welcome, what matters most to us is a positive attitude, a willingness to learn and a genuine desire to look after people.

What you’ll be doing

As part of our Food & Beverage team, you’ll:

• Welcome guests warmly and make them feel at home
• Take food and drink orders and provide friendly, attentive service
• Serve food, wines, cocktails and other drinks in our restaurant and bar
• Learn our menus so you can confidently make recommendations
• Prepare the restaurant and bar for service
• Keep your work areas clean, organised and looking their best
• Work closely with the kitchen and the wider hotel team
• Notice the little things that can turn good service into a great experience

Previous hospitality experience would be helpful, but personality and attitude are just as important to us
