• Financial Support:
  Assist with the day-to-day financial management of projects, including processing invoices, tracking expenses, and ensuring accurate cost allocation.
• Billing and Invoicing:
  Prepare and distribute project-related invoices to clients, verifying that all charges are accurate and comply with project contracts.
• Reporting:
  Generate and maintain project reports, such as job cost summaries and budget-to-actual reports, to help project managers monitor financial performance.
• WIP Analysis:
  Support the management of Work in Progress (WIP) by helping to analyze reports and ensure proper revenue recognition.
• Data Entry and Reconciliation:
  Accurately enter financial data into our accounting system and reconcile project accounts to ensure data integrity.
• Collaboration:
  
  Work with project managers and other departments to resolve financial discrepancies and provide timely assistance with project-related inquiries.
• Administrative Tasks:
  Assist with general accounting and administrative duties as needed to support the finance team.

• Experience:
  
  1-3 years of experience in an accounting or finance role. Prior experience with project/AR/Billing accounting is preferred
• Education:
  
  Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Technical
  
  Skills:
  
  Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with an accounting software platform.
• Soft Skills:
  
  Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational and communication skills, and a willingness to learn. You must be able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
