Accounts Receivable Specialist (Temporary) Job Details:
Schedule:
Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (some schedule flexibility available)
Pay Rate: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Assignment Length:
Approximately 2 weeks (temporary project assignment)

Job Description:
- Process and settle customer invoices within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O)
- Apply customer payments and account credits accurately
- Review, reconcile, and clear open accounts receivable transactions
- Assist with customer account reconciliations and discrepancy resolution
- Support tariff refund processing activities
- Assist the Accounts Receivable team with backlog reduction and month-end processes
- Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity throughout the AR process
Job Requirements:
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O)
- Previous Accounts Receivable experience required
- Experience with invoice processing, cash applications, invoice settlements, and credit memo management
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience reconciling customer accounts and resolving AR discrepancies preferred
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Ideal candidates will have recent Accounts Receivable experience, strong D365 F&O knowledge, and be comfortable jumping into a short-term project to help reduce backlog and support critical AR processes.
