Responsibilities- Provide general administrative support to managers and employees, ensuring smooth office operations.
- Organize and assist with calendars, appointments, and coordinating meetings.
- Prepare, proofread, and distribute documents as needed.
- Follow filing system to ensure information is organized and easily accessible.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external inquiries, directing them to appropriate personnel and providing information as needed.
- Monitor inventory of office supplies, anticipate needs and verify orders of items when needed.
- High School Degree or GED required.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Prior Administrative assistant or similar role preferred.
