OverviewWe’re looking to build an enthusiastic, passionate and committed team in Health, Nutrition & Care Biomedical. This role offers a unique opportunity to impact patient outcomes and drive progress.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the business (P&L) of the Next Generation Solutions segment, including Pharma Drug Delivery Solutions and emerging Application Solutions. Define and implement strategies to grow the business through organic or external projects.
- Contribute to the definition and implementation of the Biomedical Division Strategy (e.g., via sponsorship of projects) and maintain the portfolio for the segment.
- Collaborate with marketing and commercial operations on pricing guidelines and licensing terms. Select customer and internal innovation projects and prioritize them.
- Develop the communication strategy to the market and the marketing plan with the Head of Market Communications. Monitor the market environment, communicate findings regularly with Regions and Market Communications.
- Manage and develop the team of business development, sales, technical, and applications development professionals.
Salary $175,000–$225,000 (based on skills, experience, education, and location).

- Minimum 15 years of experience in business management, commercial or M&A, covering Advanced Drug Delivery and Medical Device biomaterial markets; international experience required.
- Excellent grasp of commercial deal making, in‑out‑licensing, and M&A with commercial know‑how.
- Strong understanding of business processes and extensive knowledge in accounting, capital management, actuarial, legal, and M&A transactions.
- Proven leader managing cross‑functional teams throughout product development life cycles.
- Deep knowledge of medical device/biomaterials/CMO industries, markets, customers, and competitors.
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in business, accounting, finance, economics, or related field preferred.
