Project Coordinator - Asana; part-time

• Coordinate timelines, meetings, and action items across multiple work streams
• Provide operational support to ensure teams follow established workflows and governance
• Draft clear updates for stakeholders, including weekly status reports and project reminders
• Serve as a friendly point of contact for tool/process questions and support onboarding for new users

• 2–5 years of experience in project coordination, PMO support, operations, or production management
• Hands‑on experience using Asana or similar tools (e.g., Smartsheet, , Jira)
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow‑through
• Excellent communication skills to summarize progress and align stakeholders
• A learning mindset and ability to quickly pick up new processes and tools

• Experience in market research or life sciences is a plus, but not required
• Previous experience with maintaining or improving existing PMO structures
