- Support students with autism, ADHD, and developmental disorders - either a one on one or a group
- Implement Individualized Education Plans (IEP's)
- Assist students with social skills, emotional regulation, coping skills
- Redirect behaviors while enforcing positive behaviors and coping mechanisms
- Work closely with teachers, counselors, and school staff to develop student success strategies
- Document student progress, behaviors and interventions in compliance with school policies
- Experience working with students with special needs or behavioral challenges, following students' IEP's
- Strong communication and DE-escalation skills
- A commitment to helping students thrive to the best of their ability
- Reliable Transportation and commitment to consistent school day shifts
- Smart phone with time clock app capability
