** Job Description**##
** Overview
* * We are seeking an experienced
** Senior Process Engineer
** to lead process design and engineering efforts for industrial projects. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with a strong background in chemical or mechanical engineering, particularly within biotech, pharmaceutical, specialty chemical, and renewable energy sectors. You will act as a technical specialist and team leader, managing project delivery, mentoring junior engineers, and collaborating across disciplines to ensure technical excellence.##

** Your role
*** Technical Capabilities:
** Lead process design efforts from conceptual design through commissioning.
* Develop engineering documentation (PFDs, P&IDs, process flow diagrams, heat and material balances, equipment specifications, tender documents).
* Perform calculations for equipment sizing and utility requirements.
* Support construction, startup, and commissioning.
* Troubleshoot process and equipment issues.
* Ensure compliance with company standards, regulatory requirements, and cGMPs.
* Participate in design reviews (3D models, piping layouts, building plans).
* Business Development:
** Consult with clients and identify and resolve process-related issues.
* Participate in business development activities, including networking and preparing technical papers.
* Maintain strong client relationships and support proposal development.##
** About you**
*
* Education:

* BS or higher in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering.
* * Licensure:
* Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
* Minimum 15 years in process engineering.
* Experience in design-build delivery methodology.
* Proficiency in MS Office.
* Familiarity with clean utility systems, CIP design, and validation protocols.
* Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
* AutoCAD, Revit, Plant3D, HYSIS, AFT a plus.
* Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.##
