Systems Integration & Test Engineer

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a skilled Systems Engineer to support Avionic Systems Integration and Testing functions from requirement to implementation. This role involves quickly ramping up on products, leading and executing engineering tasks, and alleviating workload from the team lead.

• Support development of Engineering and Systems design documentation and procedures.
• Lead integration and testing efforts, analyze system needs, and develop technical solutions based on business and customer requirements.
• Apply your knowledge in bench studies, design verification and validation and component specifications while supporting the test engineering tasks.
• Lead and follow through on assigned tasks and product and process performance, based on functionality, quality and cost initiatives.
• May provide support to the development of simulation and modeling, system reliability and systems.
• Utilize JIRA for task and project tracking.

• Must have 5+ years of relevant systems engineering.
• Strong understanding of systems engineering processes, including qualification testing.
• Familiarity with RTC DO-160 standards for Environmental and Electromagnetic testing of avionics.
• Exceptional organizational and follow through skills.
• Highly motivated to complete work and able to motivate others.
• Proficiency in using tools like Microsoft, DOORS, and JIRA.
• Understanding of MIL-STD standards/compliances.
• BS Degree in Engineering is required.
• Must be eligible for a US Clearance.

This is a Permanent position based out of Exton, PA.

The pay range for this position is $80,000.00 – $ per year.

Compensation & Benefits: 10% bonus (50% stock, 50% cash), Company-matched 401(k), Health benefits, 3 weeks paid time off.

This is a fully onsite position in Exton, PA.

This position is anticipated to close on Dec 25, 2025.
