Dutiesand Responsibilities
- Prepare items for the salad bar – cut fruit, set up the salad bar, and keep all items stocked and fresh.
- Execute all food safety requirements for the salad bar.
- At the start of each shift, review the work schedule, check the equipment and supplies required, and comply with PPE requirements.
- Receive, store, and stock items.
- Clean and sanitize all work surfaces, tools and equipment, display cases, floors, and counters.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Must be able to read, write, communicate, and understand the job duties to comply with company policies and safety regulations.
- Must complete the company intro (probationary) period of 60 days.
- Must meet all ergonomic and physical requirements and base scores for this position.
- Must meet performance standards for the job, including regular attendance.
- Must be able to use, or learn to use, the equipment and tools required for this job.
- Must perform all job functions safely.
- Must agree to wear the proper assigned clothes and shoes approved for this job.
- Shift hours: 4‑hour shifts or more as needed.
- Job cycles: continual.
- Lift/carry: 25 lbs.
- Stand 55%, sit 0%, walk 45%.
- Category IV: lifting, carrying, P/P up to 35 lbs.
- Max pull static: 20 lbs.
- Understand company policy and procedures as outlined in the policy manual and team member handbook.
