Part-Time Outpatient Therapist – Adult Eating Disorder Program

Location: Exton, PA

Employer: High Focus Centers and Seeds of Hope (formerly Onward Behavioral Health)

Schedule: Flexible hours with some evening availability | In-person

Compensation: Competitive hourly rate based on experience and credentials

High Focus Centers and Seeds of Hope in Exton are trusted providers of high-quality outpatient treatment across Eastern Pennsylvania. We specialize in compassionate, evidence-based care for adolescents and adults facing eating disorders, mental health challenges, and co-occurring conditions.

We are currently seeking a Part-Time Outpatient Therapist to join our mission-driven Adult Eating Disorder Program. This is an excellent opportunity for a clinician who is passionate about supporting clients in their recovery and values the flexibility to create a schedule that fits their life.



Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy to adults in our outpatient eating disorder program
• Conduct clinical assessments and assist in treatment planning
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support each client's unique recovery goals
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory and program standards
• Participate in team meetings, supervision, and professional development opportunities
• Help maintain a safe, therapeutic environment for clients
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Required:
  
  Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related behavioral health field, with a completed clinical internship
• Strongly Preferred:
  Specialized training or professional experience in the treatment of eating disorders
