Problem Gambling Therapist - Evening IOP
Location: High Focus Centers - Exton, PA
Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM;
Friday flexible
Salary: $53,000-$55,000/year (based on experience and credentials)

High Focus Centers in Exton is a leading provider of outpatient behavioral healthcare, offering specialized treatment for adults and adolescents. Our Evening Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) provides a structured, evidence-based environment to support recovery, insight, and long-term wellness.
We are seeking a compassionate and knowledgeable Gambling Therapist with expertise in problem gambling to join our evening clinical team. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact while helping individuals regain control and rebuild their lives.
Key Responsibilities- Facilitate evening group therapy sessions focused on addiction recovery and problem gambling.
- Conduct clinical assessments to determine level of care, treatment needs, and appropriate interventions.
- Provide individual counseling to support client goals and recovery progress.
- Collaborate with clients, families (as appropriate), and multidisciplinary treatment teams to develop individualized treatment plans with measurable outcomes.
- Participate in team meetings and clinical consultations to coordinate care and review client progress.
- Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation and complete insurance reviews as needed.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team culture focused on high-quality, ethical care.
- Education:
Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related human services field, with completion of a clinical internship/practicum (required). - Licensure:
Candidates who are license-eligible (LPC, LCSW, or similar) are strongly encouraged to apply; fully licensed clinicians are also welcome. Encouraged to have Certificate of Competency in Problem Gambling. - Experience:
Prior experience providing addiction treatment required; experience with problem gambling populations strongly preferred.
