Hours: 0.01 FTE (PRN), Day Shift

- Evaluate, develop, modify plans of care, administer clinical treatments, and provide evidence‐based management of patients.
- Instruct patients, families, and other caregivers in the techniques of the physical therapy treatment program.
- Motivate, safeguard, and assist patients as they perform therapeutic strengthening and functional activities.
- Collaborate with physical therapy staff or other professionals as necessary to provide effective Physical Therapy management of patients.
- Maintain timely documentation of all patients using the electronic medical record to support regulatory and billing requirements.
- Monitor support personnel (therapy assistants, students, and volunteers) as requested.
- Participate in annual appraisals of peers and in committees as requested.
- Support initiatives of the clinic to promote a patient‑centered treatment philosophy.
- Graduate of a Bachelor, Certificate, Masters or Doctorate degree curriculum in Physical Therapy (Required)
- Minimum of one year of recent care experience in relevant discipline (Preferred)
- Current Pennsylvania State license as a Physical Therapist (Required)
- CPR certification (Required)
- National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE) (Preferred)
- Professional Association Certifications (Preferred)
