• Assist clients with personal care tasks: bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Provide support in daily living activities such as cooking, light housekeeping, laundry and medication reminders.
• Offer companionship and social interaction through engaging conversations and activities.
• Accompany and/or drive clients to appointments or social activities.
• Observe and document clients' behaviors and progress, reporting any changes to the care team.

• One year of previous experience in home care or direct support roles is strongly preferred.
• Ability to perform lifting tasks (as needed) for client transfers.
• Strong ability to communicate, read and comprehend English.
• Certification in CPR and First Aid is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Will need to pass a background check.
• Provide results from TB testing (can be done after interview).
