Clinical Supervisor

Overview

Pyramid Healthcare, including High Focus Centers, is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to oversee adult mental health and co-occurring programs in Exton, Pennsylvania. This is a full-time position with a Monday–Friday schedule and two evening shifts per week (until approximately 8:15 PM). The role focuses on supervising a team delivering Partial Hospitalization (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient (IOP) services and ensuring quality, compliant care within licensed, regulatory, and organizational standards.

• Lead and supervise a team of clinicians delivering PHP and IOP services for adults and adolescents.
• Conduct clinical assessments to determine level of care and assign DSM-5-TR diagnoses.
• Guide staff in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans.
• Facilitate interdisciplinary team meetings and participate in case reviews.
• Provide individual and group supervision to licensed and unlicensed clinicians.
• Maintain a manageable caseload, as needed, to ensure program flow and continuity of care.
• Support the Executive Director with program development, quality assurance, and compliance initiatives.
• Perform clinical documentation reviews, including regular chart audits.
• Respond to client crises and help maintain a safe, therapeutic environment.
• Ensure all programming meets licensing, regulatory, and organizational standards.

• Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.
• Active Pennsylvania licensure as an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT.
• Minimum 5 years of post-licensure experience in behavioral health settings.
• At least 5 years of supervisory or clinical leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of co-occurring treatment approaches and outpatient levels of care.
