Intellectual Disability- Direct Support Professional

Keystone Human Services is currently seeking Direct Support Professionals to join our Intellectual Disability Services team.

As a Direct Support Professional, you will empower individuals with intellectual disabilities to live full, meaningful lives within their communities by providing person-centered support that values individuality, respect, and choice

• Create a healthy, engaging home environment
• Provide individualized support in alignment with each person’s service plan
• Teach and assist with daily living skills and personal care
• Support individuals in achieving valued social roles and independence
• Assist with personal care, meal preparation, and medication administration

• Provide transportation to activities, employment, and appointments
• Advocate for the health, wellness, and independence of the people we support
• Build positive relationships while maintaining professional boundaries
• Collaborate with team members and families to ensure meaningful outcomes

• $20.50 per hour
• Full Time and Part Time (first/second shifts, rotating weekends)
• Fast 40 (Friday – Monday)
• Casual/Per Diem (varying schedule, includes weekends)

• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Ability to read, interpret, and apply written information
• Basic computer skills, including use of software and web-based systems
• Ability to successfully complete Medication Administration, First Aid, CPR, and other required trainings within mandated time frames
