Position Summary:

We are seeking licensed and provisionally licensed (MUST HAVE HALF OF SUPERVISION HOURS COMPLETED) therapists to join our team. Ideal candidates will manage a balanced caseload and be open to seeing children 5+ to adults, with full clinical support and mentorship. This position offers flexible scheduling to maintain a work‑life balance (SOME EVENINGS AND WEEKENDS REQUIRED).

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate mental health diagnoses and create treatment plans
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions
  • Collaborate with medical professionals for comprehensive care
  • Offer grief counseling and support to patients and families
  • Engage in social work and behavioral health interventions
  • Participate in clinical staff meetings and training
  • Maintain documentation per company policies
Qualifications:
  • Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or related field
  • Clinical license (LMFT, LPC, LCSW, LAPC, LAMFT, LSW) or provisional licensure in Pennsylvania
  • Strong diagnostic and crisis intervention skills
  • Familiarity with office technology and Electronic Health Records
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage a diverse client base
  • Training in EMDR, music therapy, art therapy, and disordered eating is a plus
