In this fun and rewarding role, you’ll help plan and lead engaging activities that get residents involved, active, and genuinely enjoying each day. One day you might be hosting karaoke, the next leading a craft, and ending the week with a pumpkin decorating party. From games, music, and crafts to outings, themed events, and meaningful one‑on‑one moments, your enthusiasm will help create experiences our residents look forward to!

• Assist in planning and leading fun daily activities (music, games, crafts, exercise, socials, themed parties & more!)
• Encourage residents to stay active, social, and engaged
• Build meaningful connections while brightening someone’s day
• Go on trips and outings as a supportive escort
• Share ideas and help shape our monthly activities calendar
• Keep activity supplies stocked & assist with resident interest surveys
• Be observant and help share important resident feedback with staff

• Outgoing and upbeat
• Patient, kind, and genuinely loves seniors
• Creative or open to trying new things
• A team player with a positive attitude
• Organized but flexible when plans change

Six months to one year of related experience and/or training — or an equivalent combination of education and experience preferred. While experience helps, enthusiasm and heart go a long way here!

• Competitive pay!
• Referral Bonus – $750 for full‑time employee referrals and $375 for part‑time referrals
