Position SummaryWe are seeking licensed and provisionally licensed therapists (must have half of supervision hours completed) to join our team. Ideal candidates will manage a balanced caseload and be open to seeing children 5+ to adults, with full clinical support and mentorship. This position offers flexible scheduling to maintain a work‑life balance (some evenings and weekends required).

- Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or related field
- Clinical license (LMFT, LPC, LCSW, LAPC, LAMFT, LSW) or provisional licensure in Pennsylvania
- Strong diagnostic and crisis intervention skills
- Familiarity with office technology and Electronic Health Records
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work autonomously and manage a diverse client base
- Training in EMDR, music therapy, art therapy, and disordered eating is a plus
- Hourly pay structure plus commission on client sessions

Compensation: $60,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year (based on productivity and caseload seen)
