Integra Care, manager of Senior Living, Independent Living & Memory Care Communities, is looking for a dedicated, creative and caring individual to manage our Memory Care Program at our premier community, Exton Senior Living.

Salary:$75,000.00 - $77,000.00 per year + Quarterly Bonus Potential
Responsibilities:- Provide active and passive, group and individual activities that enhance the lives of the Residents, allowing them to play an active role in society.
- Develop, organize and implement a well rounded activities program that enhances the lives of the residents.
- Must have extensive knowledge of therapeutic recreational techniques and posses the ability to interact positively with outside organizations to promote positive community relations.
- Must display creativity, leadership skills, and motivational drive.
- High school diploma or GED is required (a bachelor's degree in Recreational Therapy or a similar field is strongly preferred).
- LPN License
- A minimum of one year prior experience in the Recreational Therapy field (preferably Memory Care/Dementia specific) is required (preference will be given to those with experience in a supervisory/managerial role).
- A valid driver's license is required with no more than two moving violations in a three-year period as determined by insurance industry standards.
- Gerontology experience is strongly preferred.
- CRS is preferred.
