Staffing Consultant – Agency Recruiter at Beacon Hill
Base pay range: $45,000.00/yr – $70,000.00/yr
Job overview:
As a Staffing Consultant, you will find, interview and qualify job seekers for temporary/contract roles with companies and organizations in your local market. This full‑cycle recruiting role includes sourcing, placement, coaching and ongoing candidate support. You will spend time engaging with candidates over the phone, email or in‑person, building relationships and guiding them through the job‑search process. You will also collaborate with your team on open positions, post advertisements and use online sourcing tools.
- Proactive cold calling to identify prospective candidates.
- Search for candidates via job boards, Linked In, internet searches, referrals and professional networking.
- Interview prospective candidates.
- Prepare candidates for client interviews by reviewing resumes, discussing client needs and conducting mock interviews.
- Deliver the good news – extend job offers and manage the offer process.
- Maintain contact with candidates on assignment to ensure they have everything they need.
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
- A passion for working with people.
