We are looking for a seasoned Oracle Service Contracts consultant with strong functional and technical expertise in the Oracle Service Contracts module within the Ebiz suite, as well as the Install Base module. The candidate will be responsible for designing, configuring, testing, and maintaining Oracle Service Contracts processes, ensuring alignment with customer business requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for Oracle Service Contracts and Install Base modules.
• Provide functional and technical design guidance, including data mapping, authorization, and integration points.
• Conduct system configuration, unit tests, and UAT to validate solutions.
• Work closely with business users, developers, and project stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles related to Oracle Service Contracts and Install Base functionalities.
• Support post-implementation enhancements and troubleshooting as needed.

• Extensive knowledge of Oracle Service Contracts module in the Ebiz suite.
• Extensive knowledge of Oracle Install Base module.
• Good functional understanding of service contracts and install base processes.
• Technical expertise in Oracle Applications.
• Understanding of CRM foundations and services flow.

• Oracle CRM Consulting experience.
• Experience:
  
  8‑10 years in Oracle functional consulting.

Base salary range: $80,000 – $158,000 (dependent on location, experience, and skillset). Additional benefits include medical, dental, disability insurance, paid vacation, sick leave, and other Wipro standard benefits.
