Job Description
- IT infrastructure incident resolution to meet/exceed service levels.
- Maintaining Desktop and Laptop inventory.
- Configuration and delivery of new user computer.
- Purchasing and maintaining segment specific software inventory.
- Delivering Company User Experience – New User Induction training.
- Special assignments and off‑site meeting support.
- Replacement of out of warranty hardware.
- Completing assigned level 2 and 3 problem tickets.
- Acts as local or regional project resource when needed.
- Process and documentation creation.
- Desktop and Laptop Hardware break/fix.
- Microsoft Active Directory Administration.
- Windows 10 Operating System Support.
- SCCM application delivery.
- Exchange mail server.
- MS Office 365.
- Remote troubleshooting tools: RAdmin, Remote Desktop, Net Meeting.
- Citrix server connectivity and user management.
- Laser printer, Copier, Bar Code printer, and Line printer configuration and setup.
- Wireless WPA2 troubleshooting.
- Motorola/Symbol wireless scan guns.
- Conference room technologies including projectors, Polycom audio and Skype for business video conferencing.
- Cisco LAN, WLAN and network cabling issues.
- Server hardware and MS Windows server.
- Software application support.

Work EnvironmentThis role reports to the Infrastructure Service Manager and is responsible for delivering IT infrastructure support to the business segment. Responsible for IT infrastructure deliverables related to IT projects as assigned. Responsible for being a project resource when needed.

Contract position based out of Exton, PA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $33.65 – $38.46/hr.
