Position:
Lead Data Engineer / Data Architect (Innovation & POC Lead)
Location:
Exton, PA - ONSITE
- Act as the onsite SME for Data Engineering and Data Architecture.
- Lead Proof of Concepts (POCs) and pilot initiatives for new technologies, features, and platform capabilities.
- Stay current with emerging trends, product roadmaps, and enhancements in the data ecosystem.
- Evaluate and recommend new solutions that improve scalability, performance, and business value.
- Provide strategic architecture guidance and technology recommendations to stakeholders.
Skills & Experience:
- 10+ years of experience in Data Engineering and Data Architecture.
- Strong expertise in Snowflake, Informatica, and Oracle technologies.
- Experience designing enterprise-scale data platforms and integration solutions.
- Proven ability to independently drive technical discovery, evaluations, and POCs.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
This role is not intended for day-to-day development activities. The primary focus is on:
- Innovation and technology discovery
- Proof of Concepts (POCs)
- Pilot implementations
- Feature evaluations
- Architecture advisory and strategic recommendations
