We are partnering with a fintech/software company in Exton, PA to hire a mid‑level Corporate Counsel. This lean, high‑impact legal role offers a clear growth path and a hybrid schedule with three days in office.
What you’ll do- Draft, review, and negotiate vendor contracts, including software/SaaS licenses and professional services agreements
. - Advise on corporate
, HR/employment
, regulatory (financial services), and data security matters. - Partner closely with Sales and Finance lines of business.
- Stay current on applicable laws and regulations.
- 2–4+ years of corporate or transactional law experience (firm or in‑house).
- Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts is a must.
- Fintech experience is a plus.
