Green Drop Attendant

- Interact with donors positively.
- Always greet donors in friendly manner wearing full Green Drop uniform.
- Engage in conversation while acquiring donations via the bin.
- Assist donors with donations and help unload their vehicles.
- Use tablet holder to record donor information.
- Assist truck driver during donation pick‑ups.
- Organize donations in the stock room.
- Maintain cleanliness of the site.
- Fill supply orders.
- Other duties assigned by manager.
- Must be on‑site during working hours.
- Operate with or without reasonable accommodations.
- Ability to work independently without continuous supervision.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Desire to provide outstanding service.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs continuously.
- Ability to work outside under varying seasonal conditions.
- Positive mindset, punctual, sense of urgency, initiative.
- Strong communication with donors, co‑workers, and management.
- At least 18 years of age.
