What You’ll Be Working On
  • Ensure exceptional service to donors daily.
  • Demonstrate core values: respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, safety.
Essential Job Functions
  • Interact with donors positively.
  • Always greet donors in friendly manner wearing full Green Drop uniform.
  • Engage in conversation while acquiring donations via the bin.
  • Assist donors with donations and help unload their vehicles.
  • Use tablet holder to record donor information.
  • Assist truck driver during donation pick‑ups.
  • Organize donations in the stock room.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the site.
  • Fill supply orders.
  • Other duties assigned by manager.
  • Must be on‑site during working hours.
  • Operate with or without reasonable accommodations.
What You Have
  • Ability to work independently without continuous supervision.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Desire to provide outstanding service.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs continuously.
  • Ability to work outside under varying seasonal conditions.
  • Positive mindset, punctual, sense of urgency, initiative.
  • Strong communication with donors, co‑workers, and management.
Minimum Age Requirements
  • At least 18 years of age.
