Full‑time Position with Rotation, On‑Call, and Holidays
$79‑125k per year
Responsibilities as an RN Clinical Nurse Lead- Assume responsibility and accountability for resident care on assigned unit
- Oversee resident care to promote the highest level of physical, mental, and psychosocial functioning possible for assigned unit
- Ensure complete and prompt reporting of incidents with follow‑up as necessary to Administrator and Director of Nursing
- Actively participate in committee/programs as directed by Director of Nursing
- Participate in the development and implementation of new policies and procedures based on identified needs
- On‑Call and Holiday Rotation required
- Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an RN in the state of Pennsylvania
- Preferred:
Nursing degree from an accredited college or university - Required:
Five (5) or more years of nursing experience, including at least Two (2) years as a supervisor in a Long‑term Care/Sub‑acute Health Care Facility
