RN Supervisor

Exton Post Acute offers full‑time opportunities with same‑day pay, Monday‑Friday 3 PM‑11 PM schedule, $3 per person benefit (PIB), and an hourly rate of $38‑$60.

• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an RN in Pennsylvania
• Minimum 2+ years nursing experience in a healthcare setting
• No previous supervisor experience needed; training will be provided
• Effective communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel, and the public
• Strong knowledge of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to nursing care center

• A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an RN in the state of Pennsylvania
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR)
• Ability to work with multiple patients at once
